Are there any setup fees?
None. No setup fees on any plan. You subscribe and we organise the rest — including your first pickup.
What happens if I exceed my plan volume?
Overage is charged at the per-kg rate listed on your plan (published above). If you consistently exceed your limit, we'll recommend upgrading — it will save you money.
Why are prices shown weekly?
Because that's how business owners budget for operational costs. $89/week is immediately comparable to staff time and other weekly expenses — you know exactly what it costs per week, without needing to divide a monthly figure.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes — pause for up to 4 weeks per year via your portal. Billing pauses for that period.
Is GST included?
All prices exclude GST. GST is applied at checkout and shown on all invoices.
How do I know which plan is right for me?
Use the volume calculator above the pricing cards. If you're unsure, sign up on the lower plan — you can upgrade at any time with no penalty.
